Sawai Trails – Jaipur Coaster Set

A set of three square coasters rooted in the original soul of the Pink City.

The first coaster features the historic nine-grid city plan of Jaipur, designed by Vidhyadhar Ji for Sawai Jai Singh II. This visionary grid laid the foundation of a city that was organised, balanced, and far ahead of its time. It is this map that gave Jaipur its original name, Sawai Jaipur.

The second and third coasters celebrate two living icons of the city. The stepwell, once the lifeline of water and community, and the langur, a familiar presence moving freely through Jaipur’s streets, courtyards, and temples. Together, they represent structure, survival, and spirit.

Each piece is crafted using a ceramic tile set into a solid wooden frame. The ceramic surface stays cool and is easy to maintain, while the wooden border adds warmth, weight, and character.

Sized at 11.2 cm, these coasters sit comfortably under cups, glasses, and small serveware. They are everyday pieces that quietly carry centuries of design, belief, and living heritage.
