At Shiny Dabba, our unwavering commitment is to deliver top-notch quality products. As a policy, we do not entertain exchanges or returns for products received in excellent condition.

Custom-made orders, once processed, cannot be cancelled.

In the rare event of a wrong delivery (mismatch with the order confirmation) or a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we will re-fulfil your order after verification. The correct product will be dispatched within 10 working days.

Given the handcrafted nature of our pieces, slight variations in colour and form are considered acceptable. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items. The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

For items over INR 1000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee the receipt of returned items.

Shiny Dabba is not liable for any duties or taxes if the customer refuses to pay for any international order. Your satisfaction is our priority.
